SHAKEWELL BEFORE USING. Directions: To be taken every 2-3 hours as required. Adults and Children over 12 years old Of Age. 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10ml). Do not exceed 5 doses daily. If preferred, mix with equal parts honey
